my late father purchase two properties by the sale of an ancestral property. these property was registred on the name of my brother. that time age of brother is 8 and 18 years.he have no incom and my age is 10 and 8 years. when i ask for my share in this property he said father give this property to him as a gift but he have not any written deed . now so what can i do plz guide me thanks
Even though your father had sold the ancestral property, and bought the said property with that money, as per your version, there is nothing on record that could prove the money used to bought was same which he got after selling ancestral property.
Besides, the sale deed is directly in the name of your brother. But your brother was minor at that time. And any contract with a minor is illegal, unless that has been done under the guardianship of an adult.
If it is so, and your brother is registered owner of the property, it is going to be hard to do anything legally.
