PayTM — I want to return Wrong product and get refund
I purchase 2 pieces of “Muvit 10400 mAh Power Bank (Silver)” at 81% OFF from Paytm on 15 Aug 2015, [Order No. 1163948589, Total Rs.- 476/- (188 + 50 shipping per piece) But they send me 2 piece of duplicate product of “Xiaomi MI 10400mAh”, at 25 aug 2015 I call on there help line no. 0120-3062244 for this issue and request return they toled me to send a E-mail to “firstname.lastname@example.org” with images of product, I send it all, and after seeing the images they provided me a Ticket #111423310 via E-mail. I also filled an online return request at 27 aug 2015 they accepted my return request and E-mailed me that they will picked up the product from my Delivered Adders typically within 3-4 days via “JV Express return” AWB# PTM149014 & AWB# PTM149014 With packing instructions. After waiting more then 5 days, at 4 Sep 2015 I E-mailed them that “i m waiting for pick up”, they replied me at 5 Sep 2015 with Ticket #111776408, “Sorry about that! We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to resolve this issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hrs”. At 15 sep 2015 they E-mail me for closing this issue “I would like to inform you that our concerned team tried to call you multiple time but we were not contactable, so we are closing this issue”. I called and toled them that “I m always hear and my mobile no. is 24x7 ON, No one call comes from you. And there was no any attempted for pickup”. Then they reopen my return request and asked me for my alternate numbers, and I provided my 5 mobile and land line numbers. Then after that I called them many a times and also E-mailed but they only replied me with the same “We would like to inform you that we tried contacting customer on call thrice however the no. is still not connected” At 28 sep 2015 they again closed my return request with the same Reason: “We tried to reach you on call & on your provided address but were unable to connect with you. For any query write to us at email@example.com” They are cheating me, they don’t want to pick up there product and refund me. And just passing the time.

These days it's very common, in fact it happened with me too. But eventually i collected all the evidence step by step. And this what you need to do as well. Get the documents arranged, and file a consumer complaint. Produce all the email print outs in complainant evidence, and you'll surely get the product replaced along with compensation for the harassment that you have faced or refund if you want so.
