1. Can two RWA Resident welfare associations co-existed legally in a DDA flats in same locality or not provided both RWAs are registered with Registrar of societies having different names and registration numbers. Kindly also quote rules/ law under which they are applicable.
2. what annual returns i.e. annual income expenditure, minutes, election results, AGM meeting minutes to be sent to Registrar of Societies and at what intervals ?
