Over two years ago I placed a preorder for Kanoa earphones. I saw the add on Facebook and thought the product would ship soon. As they stated. Since then, they provided many updates and kept saying product is almost finished there have been issues. This has repeated for over a couple years now. Today, I received an email saying they had closed. What can I do? I cannot afford an attorney, as I am low-income. There are most likely tens of thousands or more in the same shape. Is there anyone willing to take a case to gain back our funds and show companies they cannot do this to us???
