Can anyone advise me just how quickly solicitors can complete on the purchase of an £80k terraced property - cash purchaser so no searches needed, no chains on either side. Offer was accepted 10 days ago, survey was done today. Memorandum of Sale has been completed for the sellers solicitors. Purchasers solicitors have had their Welcome Pack and have acknowledged all IDs to be in order. What's the quickest completion could happen, subject of course to no problems being thrown up.
